Sync issue

I have all of my favorites added on my iPhone, but only one is appearing on my Mac. When opening on my Mac, I received a message about them not upgrading properly and needing to re-add them. Is there a way to re-sync them from my phone? Or a way to export/import them? Both devices are on the latest version.
